Premium License

1. What premium unlocks

With the one-time payment of CHF 39.90 you unlock in VitalityHub:

• Kitchen: create and edit your own recipes, scale recipes, adapt starter recipes, your own recipe books, food calculator and your own foods
• Training: your own training plans and exercises, workout logging, strength progress, training calendar and body measurements
• Pebo: building training plans and summing up your workouts
• Data: creating and restoring backups

The calculators under "Tools", the Starter Cookbook and the starter training plans stay free to read.

2. Type of license

You receive a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app with its premium features personally and privately. The license is tied to you as a person and has no time limit (see section 8 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale).

3. Your devices

You may use the unlock on your own devices. On a new device, you restore it with your purchase email address and the receipt number.

4. Not allowed

• passing on or sharing the unlock, the receipt number or an unlocked device with other people,
• reselling, renting or giving away the license,
• using the app for several people, for example for the clients of a gym or a trainer; this requires a separate agreement,
• technically circumventing the unlock.

5. End of the license

The license ends if the payment is fully refunded or charged back. In case of a serious breach of these terms, we may end the license after a warning. Your data on the device is kept in any case.

6. Test access

Test codes are not a purchase. They are only for trying the app and may end at any time.

7. Other terms

The Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Terms of Use also apply.

Binding version

This text exists in German, English, French and Italian. If the language versions differ, the German version prevails.
