Training Disclaimer
Effective 12 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-12
1. Training at your own risk
VitalityHub helps you plan and record training. You train at your own risk. You decide yourself whether an exercise, a weight or a volume suits you.
2. Before you start
Get a medical check before you start if you have not trained for a long time, are pregnant, have an illness, injury or symptoms, take medication or are unsure. Have new exercises and machines shown to you by professionals at your gym.
3. During training
- Warm up and increase weights gradually.
- Pay attention to clean technique. The descriptions and pictures in the app do not replace on-site instruction.
- Stop training immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pressure or discomfort, and get medical help if needed.
- Use machines according to the instructions of the manufacturer and the gym.
4. What the app calculates
- Training plans, including those from Pebo, are general templates based on VitalityHub recommendations and official guidelines. They are not tailored to your health.
- The estimated one-rep max (1RM, shown with "~") is a formula estimate from your sets. It is not a test result and not a recommendation to lift that weight.
- Calculators under "Tools" give guideline values and estimates.
5. No medical advice
The app offers no diagnosis, therapy, rehabilitation or injury advice. See also the medical disclaimer.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, health damage or property damage resulting from training. Liability for intent, gross negligence and under mandatory law remains unaffected (see Terms and Conditions of Sale).
